When you sign up for one of our lawn care packages you'll receive 8 applications throughout the year administered every 6 weeks. Early Spring Application
We apply pre-and post-emergent herbicides to extend the barrier as well as a liquid fertilizer to promote growth and recovery from winter dormancy. Fescue lawns also receive a fertilizer to encourage spring green-up.
Early Summer Application
Bermuda and Zoysia grasses receive slow-release granular fertilization with micronutrients for growth and color. Fescue grasses receive an application of Chelated Iron to maintain color and we apply broadleaf weed control for summer annuals.
Fall Application
We apply pre-and post-emergent herbicides to establish a barrier against winter annuals. Then root development fertilizer is applied to Fescue lawns to aid in the germination of newly seeded lawns.
Late Fall Application
We apply pre-and post-emergent herbicides to extend the barrier against winter annuals such as Poa Annua and winter broadleaf weeds in Bermuda and Zoysia lawns. Fescue lawns receive a granular fertilizer to provide the nutrients needed by developing new grass to mature over the winter.
Late Spring Application
- We use fast-release fertilization with micronutrients for growth and color.
- Broadleaf Weed Control to control summer annual weeds.
- Fertilizer to encourage spring green up on warm-season grasses and to encourage the growth of Fescue grass.
Late Winter Application
We apply pre-and post-emergent herbicides to establish a barrier against summer annuals as well as liquid fertilizers to stimulate root growth and plant cell wall development. Fescue lawns also receive a fertilizer to encourage spring green-up.
Summer Application
Bermuda and Zoysia lawns receive slow-release granular fertilization with micronutrients for growth and color.
Winter Application
Potash is applied, which allows grass blades to store up carbohydrates needed for dormant periods. This allows the lawn to use our fertilizer efficiently. Fescue lawns receive granular fertilizer to provide the nutrients needed by the developing new grass to mature over the winter and will also help established Fescue recover from summer stress.
