In 1989, Gary McClung began his lawn care journey. Gary began his career at one of the largest lawn care companies in Atlanta, Georgia. There, Gary grew to love the business of caring for lawns and getting to know his neighbors on both a professional and personal level. When you work with us, you’re entering a partnership. Everyone’s schedules are packed these days, so we’ve designed our services to help give you some of that time back by working as your lawn care partner. Working together will help ensure your yard and ornamentals are healthy and thriving year-round!
Our Approach
- Pinpoint Your Need: When you call, we’ll ask questions to determine your needs and the best plan of action.
- Present Proven Solutions: Then, we will share a customized plan that contains an estimate and proven solutions to address your needs and concerns, explaining what you can expect from the service and any steps you need to take before we arrive.
- Provide the Solution: A technician will visit your home at regular intervals to perform the regularly scheduled service as defined in your service agreement.
- Partner Up: In addition to providing the services in our agreement, we will always keep an eye out and let you know if we spot any potential issues and share our recommendations for preventive measures to help keep your lawn healthy. After your service, you will receive a follow-up email with a summary of your service and any additional action items.
- Between our visits, follow the steps outlined in the after-service email to ensure effectiveness in treating and preventing lawn issues. The best results are only achieved when we work together, and everyone does their part.
Communication
- When to Contact Us: Any time you notice a new infestation (more than one or two bugs), please reach out! Call, text, or email; we will respond within 2 business hours. Or, bring it to your technician's attention on your next service visit.
- Feedback: We want to hear from you! Periodically, you will receive a request from us to rate how we’re doing. Please let us know, but don’t let that be the only time. If you see something or have questions or concerns, reach out!
